Q: What is door-to-door transport?
A: With door-to-door transport, you don’t have to go to a terminal
to ship your vehicle or accept delivery. Passport picks vehicles up at
residences, offices or any other place you designate. (Pickup and delivery
is subject to accessibility and local laws.)
Q: What types of payment does Passport accept?
A: You may pay by submitting your MasterCard, Visa Card or American
Express Card number before pickup or you may pay at delivery with a
cashier’s check, money order or cash. Credit cards are charged only
after pickup.
Q. How do I get an auto transport quote?
A: To get a quote, call 800.325.4267 or submit your information
online.
Q: How do I book a shipment?
A: Call 800.325.4267 to schedule your shipment or download the order
form to fax your order. Orders are taken 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST Monday
through Friday, and from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
Q: Can I specify a pickup and delivery date?
A: Generally, we require a seven-day window for pickups, depending on location. For an additional fee, FedEx Custom Critical Passport Auto Transport offers date-specific pickup and delivery.
Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Dispatch times vary depending on origin and destination
locations. For an accurate transit time quote, please call 800.325.4267.
It is important to remember, drivers are limited by law to a specific
number of miles and hours per day. Other variables that may affect transit
times include deliveries along the way, severe weather and road
conditions.

A: This practice is discouraged. Additional items may shift
during transit, damaging the vehicle’s interior. Passport is not liable
for any damage caused by additional items during transit. Additional
contents may also block the driver's view when loading your vehicle or add
additional weight to the vehicle. For more information on packing your
vehicle, visit our Transport Tips
page.
