AKRON, Ohio, Oct. 20, 2004 — FedEx Custom Critical, North America’s largest time-specific, critical-shipment carrier, and a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. [NYSE: FDX], has changed the names of two operating companies within its group, Passport Transport and AutoTrans Express, to FedEx Custom Critical Passport Auto Transport and FedEx Custom Critical AutoTrans, respectively.

FedEx Custom Critical AutoTrans arranges door-to-door, single- or multi-vehicle open, enclosed, or flatbed carrier transport throughout the United States, Canada and international destinations. First-time transport users, relocating employees and others

Based in St. Louis, Mo., both operating companies have been FedEx Custom Critical subsidiaries since 2000.
